Real Time PCR Service
An ABI 7900 Real Time PCR machine is available for CERH member use. Training in experimental design, primer design,optimization and troubleshooting is provided by Dr. Laurie Davidson. There is a $15 per run fee for use of the PCR machine. To schedule a run, please call 845-0448.
Supplies needed for use with the ABI 7900HT can be ordered through Applied Biosystems (800-327-3002) or can be purchased from the Biochemistry Stockroom (no shipping charge).
