Overview

The Genomics Core provides services for quantitation of gene expression, including CodeLink Microarray, Real Time PCR and Agilent Bioanalyzer analyses. The Genomics Core works in conjunction with the Biostatistics and Bioinformatics Core to provide an easy flow from data acquisition to data analysis.

Aims

  • Coordinate gene expression experiments utilizing
    microarray technology
  • Provide access to Real Time PCR facility and training
  • Perform RNA quality assessment
  • Compile and display gene expression data
  • Acquire or develop new technologies to enhance
    global gene expression analysis capabilities
